Earlier this month, our Panama Operations Manager Rafael Amberths met with the administration of the Technological University of Panama (UTP). This meeting was the initial “formal” step in establishing an official partnership between our live video application development agency and the second largest university in Panama.
The joint partnership goals include, but are not limited to:
- Encouraging and promoting the growth of professional knowledge in emerging technologies
- Creating competitive employment opportunities, through job openings, conducted as a result of our clients’ demand for qualified professionals
- Collaboration of WebRTC.ventures in technological activities conducted by the faculty and the UTP.
Professors from the Faculty of Systems Engineering were among those who attended a short presentation about our company. José Saavedra, who is not only a member of the WebRTC.ventures QA testing team but also a UTP student, also participated. José offered some words about his experience working with WebRTC.ventures.
Rafael said of the meeting, “The professors were very interested in engaging with us. Both parties are eager to continue working towards developing routes that will allow us to reach the students with targeted initiatives and create win-win situations for both the University and our growing software development company.”
WebRTC.ventures is a distributed software development agency founded as AgilityFeat Inc. in 2010. Our Panama City, Panama office (also known as AgilityFeat Panama) is the headquarters of our QA team and testing operations. They provide testing both in the context of our development projects and as a standalone service. Manual, exploratory, automated, and load testing are all available. If you have a software testing project, we’d love to hear about it!
