What does a WebRTC.ventures assessment look like?
Step One: Kick off call
WebRTC.ventures assessments are offered for a flat fee which includes one or more engineers from our team who hold 3-4 meetings to understand your application, pain points, and future plans.
Step Two: We get to work
This may be a code review, research into architectural options that best suit your use case and requirements, scoping canvas and happy path flow, or interviews with existing users to understand motivators and pain points.
Step Three: Presentation of findings and options
In our second meeting, we report back on our findings and present 2-4 technical alternatives or solutions. For each option, we review the technical limitations, ease of use, documentation, and high level budget considerations. We listen to your feedback and head back to work on the details of the final recommendation.
Step Four: Further Exploration
After gathering your feedback and incorporating it into our findings, we will continue working on developing the final recommendation. This may involve further research or review of particular parts of the code or infrastructure. We will also be available to answer any additional questions or concerns that may arise during this stage of the process. Our goal during this step is to ensure that the final recommendation we present in the next meeting is as comprehensive, detailed, and actionable as possible. We want to make sure that you have all the information you need to make an informed decision about how to move forward with your project, whether you choose to work with us or not.
Step Five: Detailed final recommendation
We will make a final presentation from our team on our recommended solution with actionable suggestions. We will detail the alternative architecture of and/or provide a FIGMA click through prototype detailing a happy path flow.
We also provide an estimate to provide any applicable follow-up work, if you choose to contract with us for the project. Certainly, this is not required. However, the trust and familiarity built during an assessment or consulting project often turns into a bridge to a longer, very satisfying team relationship.
